Hi there!

First let me tell you a little about me. Growing up my parents really showed me what a heart for missions looks like. They showed me how to love others despite our differences and I was able to see how God worked through them in amazing ways. I aspire to be like them in that I want to share my love for others to as many people as possible. The World Race has been on my mind for many years now and I’m proud to say I’ve been accepted for the August 2022 route!

The world race is an 11-month (almost a year!) mission trip for people from 21-35 years old. It is put together by the organization Adventures in Missions, an interdenominational non-profit that is dedicated to sharing the Good News and helping as many people as possible. For the specific route that I’ll be going on we’ll be going to Guatemala, Eastern Europe, Jordan and Thailand. In each region we’ll go where they may need help and we’ll meet the needs of the individual groups there, whether that’ll be church activation, community development and outreach, kids and student ministries, or evangelism opportunities.

I’ve chosen to go on this mission trip to spend 11 months dedicating my time and actions to solely giving back to God and doing exactly what He intended for us to do. I want to help those in need, grow in my faith and understanding of Him and help others grow as well.

Each Racer is asked to raise a total of 18,700 dollars for the whole year.
